Feel free to jump from one to the other but we recommand to start with the video lesson to gain some basic knowledge first. To access the Online Sessions, you need to register for the In Conversation Series in general. Just contact us and you will be provided with all the information needed.
You wil be provided with useful background information and families will share their expertise and best practices from their lived experience.

The In Conversation Series Family Booklets are filled with useful information and activities that families are using to create a good life for their family members.
In the first session we will look at the questions 'What does the Natural Authority of Families mean' and 'Why is it important to deepen our understanding around that'.

Session 1 will be released on 26th of April, 2021
Go to session 1In the second session will will introduce you to social devalutation, mindsets and expectations and the impact of these in the lives of people with a disability.
Session 2 will be released on May 3rd, 2021


In this session we will look at community as a way of being with each other and how we can access the good things in life through valued roles.
Session 3 will be released on May 10th, 2021
We will look at what is a vision for a good life, why it is important.
Session 4 will be released on May 17th, 2021


We will look at what's important when it comes to planning and how to put your plan together.
Session 5 will be released on May 24th, 2021
We will look at what is self-direction and where things are at in Ireland. Also, what to keep in mind when you are advocacy for change.
Session 6 will be released on May 31st, 2021


We will look at right relationships and the difference between paid and freely given relationships, strategies for connection and belonging.
Session 7 will be released on June 7th, 2021
What is resilience, what keeps you strong and taking care of yourself.
Session 8 will be released on June 14th, 2021
